Medical services, including evaluations, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, and telehealth consultations, are provided solely by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
4Ever Young does not practice medicine and does not direct or control the independent medical judgment of healthcare providers.
Telehealth Services
Certain services may be available through telehealth, depending on patient eligibility, provider availability, and applicable state requirements.
Telehealth services are only available in jurisdictions where appropriately licensed healthcare professionals are authorized to provide such services.
