Dr. Borges has over 20 years of medical experience and oversees all medical and nonmedical treatments at 4Ever Young. He’s passionate about providing support for a high quality of life, no matter the age of the patient, and uses a holistic approach to help every patient feel the absolute best that they can. As a leader in Anti-aging medicine and an advocate for treatment that supports wellness and longevity, Dr. Borges brings valuable expertise and perspective to 4Ever Young and shapes our care philosophy.

With nearly four decades in the beauty and aesthetics industry, my career has taken me from makeup artistry and cosmetics to spas, medical aesthetics, and surgical practices. I started in this industry at just 14 years old—which either means I found my passion very early or I’ve been talking about skincare for a really long time.

What has kept me here all these years, though, has never been simply about how someone looks. It’s about how they feel.

I believe the best kind of beauty is the kind that still feels authentically you. Whether someone wants to feel more confident, refreshed, healthier, or simply more comfortable in their own skin, I love being part of that journey. To me, aesthetics and wellness go hand in hand—because feeling your best isn’t just an outside job. It’s an inside-out, full-circle kind of thing.

At 4Ever Young, I’m fortunate to combine years of experience with what I enjoy most: connecting with people, supporting our team, and helping our clients navigate the many options available to find what truly makes sense for them.

After all these years, trends have changed, treatments have changed, and I’ve definitely seen a few eyebrows come and go—but the reason I love this industry hasn’t changed at all: helping people look in the mirror and still see themselves… just with a little more confidence.
