Soon after starting his career in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Mason became frustrated with our healthcare system in that it seemed like it was all set up to sit around waiting for people to get sick and – even worse – in many ways, keep them sick, as opposed to helping them stay healthy and live their best lives. Staying healthy and out of the ER and hospital. Not needing to use their health insurance. Staying off or reducing their reliance on their medications. And the best part, fully understanding and appreciating how powerful they really are in that they are strong, meant to do hard things and they, themselves, are the ones who can define and live their very best life.
While still practicing as an ER doc, he preaches lifestyle medicine that harnesses the power of a healthy diet, daily exercise, restorative sleep, mindfulness, and positive relationships in preventing, treating, and even reversing most medical problems.
When Dr. Mason isn’t in the ER or reviewing blood panels for 4Ever Young, he enjoys feeding two baby raccoons, Bandit and Smokey, who live in his backyard.

Ms. Julie Rill is an aesthetician at 4ever Young Center City Philly in Philadelphia, PA. She works with patients experiencing skin issues that impact their quality of life.
Ms. Rill maintains a caring and supportive attitude during consultations. She listens carefully to patients’ concerns, discusses their goals, and develops individualized treatment plans. She also educates patients on proper skincare routines, recommends the best products for their skin type, and encourages preventative care strategies.

Kim Williams has been the General Manager of 4 Ever Young Center City Philadelphia for the past two years, bringing with her over five years of spa management experience. Passionate about creating a welcoming, results-driven environment, she ensures every client feels cared for. When she’s not at the center, Kim loves being outdoors and spending time with her kids.
Gabriella Carvalho is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for medical aesthetics and patient-centered care. With over three years of clinical experience she is committed to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, evidence-based treatments. With a background in both medical and cosmetic procedures, she blends her clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural, confidence-boosting results. Gabi is dedicated to empowering patients through education, artistry, and safe, effective treatments. With a holistic approach she prioritizes each patient’s unique features and tailors procedures to meet their individual goals.
