Jon is our co-owner, center manager and wellness specialist. He works with patients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals at any age. With 25 years of leadership, sales and operations experience, Jon’s personal experience and benefits with wellness and peptides help him guide patients to their best personal outcomes, alongside our team of medical experts. Outside of 4Ever Young, Jon spends time at the gym, on the water and with his wife and 4 children.
With more than 25 years of experience in the Health and Wellness industry, Derek brings a passion for helping people look, feel and perform their best. Derek is co-owner and wellness specialist at 4Ever Young Mount Pleasant and specializes in developing individualized care plans to help patients optimize their health. Derek is an avid beach volleyball player, outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters when their home from college.
Meredith brings extensive leadership experience and a passion for personalizing the patient journey to 4Ever Young. Known for her positive energy, she is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels valued, supported, and inspired throughout their experience. New to Charleston, Meredith enjoys exploring all the city has to offer with her husband, John.
Erica, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner from Northern Virginia, earned her degrees from JMU and GMU. She specializes in facial aesthetics, using Botox, filler, and Sculptra to deliver natural results that help clients feel confident and age gracefully.
Alexis is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who merges medical excellence with artistry in facial aesthetics. An alumni of MUSC and USC, she blends deep clinical knowledge with a refined aesthetic eye, with a special focus on facial balancing, to enhance natural beauty.
Kaitlyn, Licensed Esthetician from Charleston SC. Received her Certification at Horrry Georgetown Tech. She specializes in Hydrafacial, dermaplaning , variety of chemicals peels and relaxing facial. Passion is to help make patients look and feel great about there skin, come up with treatments plan and get them to there skin goals.
Delaney is originally from New York and moved to South Carolina five years ago. She is a licensed esthetician with a background in medical assisting and love helping people look and feel their best.
With over 20 years of experience in the esthetics industry, Sabrina is a Licensed Medical Esthetician dedicated to delivering transformative, results-driven skincare. She combines deep clinical expertise with a personalized approach, helping every client achieve radiant, healthy skin. Outside the treatment room, Sabrina trades her esthetician tools for the film set, spending her free time as a background actor in television and movies.
