He’s passionate about providing support for a high quality of life, no matter the age of the patient, and uses a holistic approach to help every patient feel the absolute best that they can. As a leader in Anti-aging medicine and an advocate for treatment that supports wellness and longevity, Dr. Borges brings valuable expertise and perspective to 4Ever Young and shapes our care philosophy.

Rebecca is a licensed Physician Assistant who understands the critical role preventative care and patient education play in promoting long-term health and wellness. Central to her approach is building strong, trusting patient relationships that empower individuals to take an active role in their health journey. She develops comprehensive individualized plans to keep patients feeling and looking their best.

Rebecca also specializes in non-surgical aesthetic procedures, which she views as a form of preventative medicine. Her approach focuses on supporting graceful aging while enhancing and preserving each individual’s natural beauty. I can’t wait to meet you!

With nearly a decade of experience as a Physician Assistant, my background in critical care medicine and colorectal surgery has shaped a precise, patient-centered practice that defines my clinical style.

I specialize in performing injectable treatments such as Botox and HA fillers, delivering natural results that help people look refreshed and feel more like themselves. I also support our wellness patients achieve sustainable weight loss, build muscle, and feel better through GLP-1 therapies, peptides, and hormone replacement therapy. I’m proud to care for our Spanish-speaking community, expanding access to both wellness services and aesthetic treatments. Outside the office, I’m a mom to a train-fanatic two-year-old. My husband and I have been playing Dungeons & Dragons together for nearly a decade, and I recharge by watching anime, reading, and hiking. Alexa Galindo is a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare, wellness, and helping people feel confident in their own skin. With a background in aesthetics, she understands the importance of treatments that support not only healthy skin but overall well-being.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, Alexa is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client. She enjoys connecting with patients, helping them feel comfortable and supported, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

Connor Dean is a wellness specialist with a strong background in hormone optimization, metabolic health, and peptide therapy. He works closely with patients to review lab work, identify underlying imbalances, and develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and performance. Connor has extensive experience in hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1–based weight management, and advanced peptide protocols. With a passion for evidence-based wellness, he is dedicated to helping patients better understand their bodies and take an active role in improving their health and vitality.

Hello! I am Donovan, I wear many hats at 4Ever Young as a brand Ambassador, Social Media Manager, and Patient Care Coordinator. I love being the person who helps create a great first impression, makes sure every patient feels comfortable, supported and genuinely cared for from start to finish.

I have worked at 4Ever Young since 2023, I enjoy blending creativity with connection to make both the patient experience & our content feel real & engaging. I am also a student at Black Hills State University studying business administration with an emphasis in marketing. Outside of work, I am hiking, exploring national parks, or at a concert. I will never say no to LIVE music!
