Meet Our Team

Dr. Ian Russinoff is proud to join the team at 4EverYoung Weston and Plantation as the medical director. Dr. Russinoff is currently the Florida Medical Director for Sollis Health, a concierge practice specializing in the treatment of acute urgencies and emergencies. Previously, Dr. Russinoff served as the Vice-Chairman of the Emergency Dept. at Cleveland Clinic Florida and was the Assistant Medical Director of the ER at Broward Health Medical Center. In addition to his duties in the hospital, Dr. Russinoffhadbeenthe Assistant Medical Director of the Broward’s Sheriff Office (BSO), helping to oversee the largest EMS agency in the county. Dr. Russinoff enjoys being a leader in the field of Emergency Medicine. When not at work, Dr. Russinoff enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. His hobbies include CrossFit and hopelessly waiting for the New York Knicks to win a championship.
