Lori is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with almost 30 years of experience. She has spent over 16 years excelling in Aesthetic Medicine. She is highly regarded by her peers and is sought after for her expertise in cosmetic treatments.
Lori skillfully injects the full product line of Allergan and Galderma products such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra.
Lori is passionate about Aesthetic Medicine and believes strongly in the medical practice of proactive wellness to help clients look and feel their very best. She understands the importance of carefully listening to her clients needs to help them achieve their health and cosmetic goals.
Lori’s patients “come to her because she is the best.” Her patients travel from all over Florida, out of state and even inter-nationally. Lori’s patients know she seeks optimal outcomes while understanding the art and science of aesthetic procedures.

Jessica Cannava is a board-certified physician assistant with over 16 years of experience. She completed her undergraduate studies at The College of The Holy Cross in Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Science and Physician Assistant Certification at Pace University in 2005.
She has extensive clinical experience in many branches of medicine including aesthetics, laser hair removal, plastic surgery, orthopedics, vascular surgery, colorectal surgery and general surgery. Additionally, she has trained with Allergan and Galderma injectors and Aesthetic Medical Trainers. Jessica strives to offer the most advanced, individualized and professional care possible to every patient she encounters.
Kayla John is a certified Nurse Practitioner who joins 4Ever Young in Wellington with more than 10 years of experience in the medical field. She recently moved to the area from the Midwest. When Kayla is not helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
Kayla is known for her ability to meaningfully connect with her patients, and has received multiple honors throughout her career. With Kayla, you will have a provider who will make you feel more like a friend or a family member than a patient or customer. She will take the time to get to know you and design a personal treatment plan to help you achieve your aesthetic goals. Kayla believes confidence is power in every role of life, whether it is being a parent, partner, or professional.

Carolin, born and raised in Germany, has been passionate about fitness and health since childhood, engaging in various sports activities. For over a decade, she excelled in the competitive fitness world, earning recognition for her innovative training techniques and expertise in personal training, group exercise, and CrossFit. Her dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals established her as a leader in the field.
In 2018, Carolin transitioned to healthcare, graduating from nursing school and securing a position as an emergency room registered nurse in Wellington. Her seamless shift from fitness expert to healthcare professional highlighted her natural empathy, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
As a single mother of three, Carolin balances a demanding career with family responsibilities, exemplifying strength and determination. Her unwavering commitment to her family and patients has earned her widespread admiration and respect.
Lisa is the Medical Spa Operations Coordinator at 4Ever Young Wellington. Focused on streamlining daily operations and enhancing client relations, Lisa plays a key role in business development, patient retention, and promotional support.
With a strategic approach to customer service and marketing, Lisa collaborates closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the highest level of client care and operational efficiency.
