Meet Our Team

Dr. Christopher Mason
Medical Director

Soon after starting his career in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Mason became frustrated with our healthcare system in that it seemed like it was all set up to sit around waiting for people to get sick and – even worse – in many ways, keep them sick, as opposed to helping them stay healthy and live their best lives and staying healthy and out of the ER and hospital and not needing to use their health insurance and staying off or reducing their reliance on their medications. The best part is fully understanding and appreciating how powerful they are in that they are strong, meant to do hard things, and they, themselves, are the ones who can define and live their very best life.

This naturally drew Dr. Mason to the practice of Lifestyle Medicine, and launched Old Mission Lifestyle Medicine, a health wellness and longevity medical practice.

In addition to the six core fundamentals of Lifestyle Medicine – exercise, nutrition, supplements, mindfulness, sleep, and relationships – Medical Aesthetics and IV Nutrition is a natural fit for living your best, fully optimized life and taking care of your mind, body, and spirit, its inside and out, which is the greatest gift you can give to those you love and care about the most.

Dr. Mason’s work in Lifestyle Medicine led to an expansion into Medical Aesthetics and IV Nutrition Therapy, not only because of the terrific fit with health, wellness, and longevity but also to support Med Spas and IV Nutrition clinics all across the country with expert legal, accounting, business coaching/support and Medical Direction.

Dr. Mason draws upon his Lifestyle Medicine and leadership skills, abilities, and experience by providing a turn-key business model, leadership, coaching, medical direction, and more to Med Spas and IV Nutrition Clinics nationwide and welcomes you. Transform yourself. Live your best. Life. Optimized.
