Born and raised in Florida, Dr. Borges began his medical studies at the University of Miami, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He then continued his studies at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and the Royal London Hospital Medical College in London, England, where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree.
He did his internship in Internal Medicine at East Tennessee State University, Quillen College of Medicine, and his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine / Jackson Memorial Hospital. He then did a fellowship in geriatric medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine / Jackson Memorial Hospital. He has been in private practice since 2001, and he places a strong emphasis on preventive care and holistic medicine.
He is licensed to practice medicine in several states, is the medical director for several 4everyoung franchises throughout the United States, and is the Chief Medical Officer for 4everyoung Anti-aging Solutions. He has been an integral part of the 4everyoung family since 2015 and leads the research and development of anti-aging, wellness, and longevity strategies employed by the company.
He is a member of the American Association of Anti-aging Medicine and is an avid researcher in health, wellness, longevity, lifespan enhancement, and healthspan optimization. Although he is passionate about being a physician and enjoys practicing medicine, he has found his true calling in the field of Anti-aging medicine.
He advocates “lifestyle modification over pharmacologic intervention”. He exercises on a daily basis, is an avid runner, and enjoys a physically active outdoor lifestyle. He practices what he preaches and lives the lifestyle he advocates.
