My name is Michael Dougherty. I am originally from the suburbs outside of Chicago. I went to Florida State University and worked as a family medicine doctor. I met my wife at my medical school and we have two lovely daughters. I strongly believe in preventative medicine and trying to make everyone the best version of themselves.
With over six years of dedicated experience in the aesthetic and wellness industry, Gabrielle Ryan serves as the Managing Director and CEO of the practice, bringing a unique blend of medical expertise, leadership, and personalized patient care. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Health Administration, graduating with honors from Florida Atlantic University and the University of Miami.
As a licensed Medical Assistant and Medical Esthetician, Gabby combines clinical knowledge with a deep passion for helping patients look and feel their best from the inside out.
Gabby works closely with the Medical Director to design and customize comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Her collaborative approach ensures every patient receives safe, effective, and highly individualized care—especially in advanced specialties such as NAD+ therapy, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and medical weight‑loss programs.

She is licensed in the state of Florida as both an APRN and RN and holds multiple specialized certifications in aesthetic and laser‑based treatments.
Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Utica College in 2017 and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at New York University (NYU) in 2022. Her medical background, paired with her eye for facial harmony and precision, allows her to deliver safe, natural-looking, and results-driven aesthetic outcomes.
