Born and raised in Florida, Dr. Borges began his medical studies at the University of Miami where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He then continued his studies at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and the Royal London Hospital Medical College in London, England where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree.

He did his internship in Internal Medicine at East Tennessee State University, Quillen College of Medicine, and his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine / Jackson Memorial Hospital. He then did a fellowship in geriatric medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine / Jackson Memorial Hospital. He has been in private practice since 2001, and he places a strong emphasis on preventive care and holistic medicine.

He is licensed to practice medicine in several states, is the medical director for several 4everyoung franchises throughout the United States, and is the Chief Medical Officer for 4everyoung Anti-aging Solutions. He has been an integral part of the 4everyoung family since 2015, and leads in the research and development of Anti-aging, wellness and longevity strategies employed in the company.

He is a member of the American Association of Anti-aging Medicine and is an avid researcher in health, wellness, longevity, lifespan enhancement, and healthspan optimization. Although he is passionate about being a physician and enjoys practicing medicine, he has found his true calling in the field of Anti-aging medicine.

He advocates “lifestyle modification over pharmacologic intervention”. He exercises on a daily basis, is an avid runner, and enjoys a physically active outdoor lifestyle. He practices what he preaches, and lives the lifestyle he advocates.

With an extensive background in healthcare spanning more than 15 years, Ashley Fennell’s professional journey began in Minnesota as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the age of 17. She pursued her undergraduate degree in nursing at Minnesota State University in Moorhead, which laid a sturdy foundation for her healthcare career.

As a hospital floor nurse, she honed her clinical skills and knowledge before discovering her passion for aesthetics over six years ago. To deepen her expertise in aesthetics and skincare, she obtained an esthetician license in 2017. Subsequently, Ashley transitioned to the role of an RN injector at an aesthetic clinic in Fargo, ND, where she devoted nearly five years to perfecting her skills and mentoring new providers.

In 2022, she achieved a master’s degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota, marking a significant milestone in her educational journey. Two years ago, Ashley relocated with her spouse to the Sunshine State, where she assumed the roles of an injector and clinical trainer, playing a pivotal role in establishing comprehensive training programs and curricula for new providers.

Throughout her career, she has thrived as an experienced nurse injector and clinical trainer with a passion for teaching and enhancing patients’ natural beauty through aesthetic procedures. Ashley’s diverse skill set includes proficiency in lasers, skincare, and injectables, aiming to achieve full-face rejuvenation for a harmonious and radiant appearance. Her ultimate goal is to deliver long-lasting, beautiful results that truly illuminate her patients’ inner glow.

Craig Ayers embarked on his journey at the age of 18, laboring as an electrical apprentice for a small shop in Northern California. Over the years, he gained valuable experience as a Journeyman Wireman, Foreman, and General Foreman overseeing large projects, which he later leveraged to establish his own electrical contracting business in the Bay Area of San Francisco in 2003. With determination and dedication, Craig expanded his business, eventually spanning two additional states, Washington and Oregon.

However, despite his achievements, he found himself feeling fatigued and lacking the vitality he once had. At the age of 52, he decided to seek help and consulted with a hormone optimization expert in California. Following their guidance, Craig experienced a remarkable transformation within weeks, feeling revitalized and rejuvenated like never before.

Inspired by his journey to better health, Craig resolved to share his newfound knowledge with others. Together with his fiancé, they made the full-time move to Florida and embarked on a new venture: opening their own wellness center. Drawn to the comprehensive approach and results they experienced as patients, they chose 4Ever Young Anti-aging Solutions. Today, Craig serves as the 4Ever Young Fort Myers Wellness Specialist, sharing his own personal journey and experience with 4Ever Young Fort Myers patients.

Meet Shayna, your go-to expert in medical aesthetics! With 16 years of experience in the world of facials, Shayna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. Certified in Hydrafacials, IPL, medical-grade peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and customized facials, she offers a comprehensive range of treatments to address various skincare concerns.

Beyond her extensive treatment repertoire, Shayna is also well-versed in skincare product knowledge, providing valuable insights to help clients maintain their skincare regimes at home. She takes pride in consulting with her clients to recommend the best packages and treatments tailored to their individual needs.

Outside of her work in the esthetic world, Shayna finds joy in spending time with her family, including her two kids, Clementine and Conley, her husband Joe, and their two beloved dogs. She has a passion for the mountains and indulges in her favorite food, sushi.

Asya, originally from Ukraine, embarked on her journey in the United States nine years ago when her family immigrated. With a master’s degree in biology and a specialization in Human Physiology, she initially pursued a career as a Clinical Lab Scientist. However, in 2014, Asya decided to transition her career path to become an esthetician, driven by her longstanding fascination with cosmetic formulations and skin care.

In her early days as an esthetician, Asya honed her craft at a spa, offering a variety of face and body treatments. Upon relocating to Sacramento, California, she established her own small office, where she continued to serve her clients. Two years ago, she moved to Florida, where she shifted her focus toward expanding her career as a medical aesthetician.

Leveraging her deep understanding of anatomy and human physiology, Asya became an Esthetics Instructor in 2022. From September 2022 to January 2024, she taught a comprehensive three-month esthetician course at Gulf Coast Academy in Fort Myers.

As a medical aesthetician, Asya is dedicated to providing personalized facial procedures and treatments that cater to her clients’ specific needs. Her extensive range of services includes customized facials, Hydrafacial, microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and more. Beyond these treatments, she equips her clients with the knowledge and tools to maintain healthy skin at home through the use of customized home care products.

Asya’s qualifications include completing the original esthetician training program in Ukraine in 2014, obtaining her Florida Facial Specialist License in September 2022, acquiring her Electrology and Laser Hair Removal License in August 2023, and earning a Health Coach Certification in 2020.

Francis, our Patient Care Coordinator at 4Ever Young Fort Myers, was born in Honduras and raised in Florida. As the youngest of three siblings, she developed a deep appreciation for skincare after overcoming her own acne challenges. Driven by her passion, Francis attended Florida Academy, where she became a licensed esthetician in 2023. She is thrilled to be part of the 4Ever Young Fort Myers team and looks forward to providing exceptional care to all our wonderful patients.

Triskin Potter isn’t just the General Manager of 4Ever Young Anti-aging Solutions in Fort Myers; she is a driving force in the business world and a passionate advocate in the beauty and wellness industry. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Triskin’s journey has been fueled by a lifelong passion for enhancing well-being and beauty. Her path led her to various states, ultimately bringing her to San Francisco, California. It was there that she met her fiancé, Craig Ayers, and where her commitment to wellness and aesthetics deepened.

In 2022, Triskin and Craig moved from San Francisco, California to Southwest Florida to open a premier wellness and aesthetic center, 4Ever Young Anti-aging Solutions. Having personally benefited from the rejuvenating effects of Botox, microneedling, and hormone replacement therapy—Triskin’s life was profoundly changed for the better. Her decision to establish the center in Fort Myers was deeply personal, driven by her positive experiences and the dramatic impact these treatments had on her life, enhancing her fulfillment, relationships, and confidence.

Triskin is not just a seasoned businesswoman but also a licensed Medical Aesthetician with extensive expertise in business management, sales management, product development, and marketing. Her sharp instincts and innovative approach ensure that 4Ever Young remains at the forefront of the aesthetic and wellness industry in Fort Myers.
