Our clinic is located at 1845 East West Parkway #17, in the same building as Dr. Brown Orthodontics. Follow these simple directions to find us with ease.
From Green Cove Spring
Take US-17 North to East West Parkway. Continue straight for approximately 8 miles and turn left onto East West Parkway. Our clinic will be on your left.
From Middleburg
Take Blanding Blvd North for approximately 9 miles then turn right onto Knight Boxx Rd. Turn left onto County Rd 220 E. and then right onto East West Parkway.Our clinic will be on your right.
From Orange Park
Head South on the US-17/ Park Ave. Continue straight for approximately 4.7 miles and turn right onto East West Parkway. Our clinic will be on your right.
