Dr. Khalifeh was educated at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Plastic Surgery where he served as an Assistant Professor and Co-Director of the Cosmetic Surgery Education Program in the Department of Plastic Surgery. He is widely recognized in the DMV area for his expertise in Surgical techniques and aesthetic outcomes. His years of experience and high patient satisfaction make him highly sought after in our area. In addition to his boutique practice he serves in the United States Navy Reserve, achieving rank of Commander.
