Our clinic is conveniently located ¼ mile east of I-95 on Atlantic Ave. On the corner of SW 5th Avenue and Atlantic Avenue.
From Boca Raton
Take I-95 South to Atlantic Ave (Exit 52). Turn left onto W Atlantic Ave and continue for 2.5 miles. The clinic is on your right at 401 W. Atlantic Ave, Suite R-12.
From Boynton Beach
Take I-95 North to Atlantic Ave (Exit 52). Turn right onto W Atlantic Ave and continue for 3 miles. The clinic is on your left at 401 W. Atlantic Ave, Suite R-12.
From Highland Beach
Travel west on E Atlantic Ave and continue for about 3.5 miles. The clinic will be on your left at 401 W. Atlantic Ave, Suite R-12.
