Christopher Brooks, MD, is the surgical specialist at Brooks Plastic Surgery in Hollywood, Florida, where he reshapes the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds. In addition to cosmetic surgery, Dr. Brooks is a craniofacial surgical specialist and a pediatric plastic surgeon.
After graduating with honors from the prestigious Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Dr. Brooks earned his medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. He completed his training in both general and plastic surgery at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, before moving to Philadelphia for his craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Brooks then went to Paris for additional training in ear reconstruction, followed by training in facial reanimation in Toronto.
Dedicated to his profession, he serves as an adjunct professor at the Cleveland Clinic of Florida, where he teaches plastic surgery to residents. He is also on staff at multiple hospitals, including the new Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida.
Dr. Borges has over 20 years of medical experience and oversees all medical and nonmedical treatments at 4Ever Young. He’s passionate about providing support for a high quality of life, no matter the age of the patient, and uses a holistic approach to help every patient feel the absolute best that they can. As a leader in Anti-aging medicine and an advocate for treatment that supports wellness and longevity, Dr. Borges brings valuable expertise and perspective to 4Ever Young and shapes our care philosophy.

Jenycce is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant since 2014. She attained her bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology and earned her master’s degree in Clinical Medical Science both at Barry University in Miami, FL. She acquired a passion for dermatology and aesthetics from a very young age. She was introduced to the world of skincare and cosmetic health from her Colombian origins. She worked in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for 8+ years in Weston, Florida.
Jenycce has been exclusively injecting for the last few years, specializing in cheeks and mid-face region. She has received and continues to receive extensive training as she believes that her education and ability to educate her clients is key in positive outcomes.
Lori is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with almost 30 years of experience. She has spent over 16 years excelling in Aesthetic Medicine. She is highly regarded by her peers and is sought after for her expertise in cosmetic treatments.
Lori skillfully injects the full product line of Allergan and Galderma products such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Dysport, Restylane and Sculptra.
Lori is passionate about Aesthetic Medicine and believes strongly in the medical practice of proactive wellness to help clients look and feel their very best. She understands the importance of carefully listening to her clients needs to help them achieve their health and cosmetic goals.

Claudia is a trained and qualified Medical Esthetician with 20 years of experience. She has perfected her techniques working with renowned dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Claudia demonstrates a passion for educating her patients on long term skin care, damage prevention and the application of new cutting-edge formulations and technologies. While having worked with a variety of skin conditions, she will provide you with professional recommendations and the knowledge to ensure effective results. She is fully versed in utilizing the diverse treatments that we offer. She is multilingual; English, Spanish and French.
Jamie S. Lobacz, APRN has been working in healthcare since 2007 when she became a registered nurse working on rehab, medical-surgical, and telemetry hospital units. In 2015, she completed her master’s degree at Florida Atlantic University and became a board certified advanced practice registered nurse. As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in both medical and cosmetic dermatology receiving professional training from Allergan, Galderma, and Merz. Growing up in South Florida, she enjoys running, the beach, and playing at the park with her son.
