Matthew A. Trzesniowski, D.O. is a Family Medicine Physician with an independent, private practice located in the Riverwards/Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. With 13 years of experience in Family Medicine, Dr. Trzesniowski has developed a strong expertise in multiple areas of medicine. Dr. Trzesniowski holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Stacey Ann Spinieo began her career as a sales associate in the jewelry industry, where her passion for excellence and customer connection quickly propelled her into management roles. After taking time off to raise her two children, Mason and Isabella, Stacey was ready to re-enter the workforce. With one child in college and another a senior in High School, she found her calling at 4Everyoung, a perfect fit for her love of health, wellness, and aesthetics.
As Co-Owner and Manager, Stacey has been instrumental in managing and stabilizing the Blue Bell Whitpain center. With seven territories under contract, she is preparing to lead operations at the locations in the near future. Stacey embraces the challenges ahead and is excited to drive 4Everyoung’s growth in the coming years.
Chris Spinieo, alongside his wife Stacey, is a driving force behind the company’s expansion and operational excellence. With more than 35 years as a successful entrepreneur, Chris’s deep experience in launching and scaling businesses — from construction and land development to real estate investment — directly informs his role in site acquisition, construction, and management. His proven ability to identify opportunities and build thriving ventures is instrumental in 4Everyoung Blue Bell Whitpain’s success.
Solomia Ponomarenko, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare, including emergency medicine, primary care, and aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Temple University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. Her clinical background, combined with advanced training in aesthetic procedures, allows her to deliver safe, personalized, and effective treatments.
Solomia’s journey into aesthetics began while working in primary care, where she saw how much confidence and wellness are intertwined. She wanted to help patients beyond managing symptoms—to help them feel good in their skin, regain their energy, and reconnect with themselves. That’s what led her to specialize in neurotoxins, fillers, hormone therapy, peptides, IV therapy, and medical-grade skincare.
Known for her thorough approach and genuine care, Solomia brings both medical expertise and an eye for detail to every treatment. She believes aesthetics isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about enhancing what’s already there and supporting long-term wellness from the inside out.
With over a decade of experience in trauma and emergency medicine, Roshani brings a sharp clinical eye and a compassionate touch to the world of aesthetics. Roshani specializes in neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, PRP treatments, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), offering a holistic approach to beauty and wellness.
Roshani is deeply passionate about helping her clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while enhancing their natural beauty. Trained at the University of Delaware and Villanova University, Roshani combines her advanced clinical background with a genuine love for aesthetics. My journey in healthcare began at Immaculata University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, followed by a Master’s in Nursing from Widener University.
With over a decade of clinical experience in urgent care and pediatrics, I bring a strong medical foundation to the field of aesthetic medicine. These experiences ultimately led me to discover my love for skincare and beauty at 4everyoung.
As an injector, my greatest joy comes from helping individuals rediscover self-love through personalized, science-based treatments that promote healthy, radiant skin. With over 13 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injections, Michael brings a deep level of expertise and precision to every treatment. He has spent the last decade teaching both basic and advanced injection techniques at the Institute of Legal Medicine, helping to shape the next generation of skilled injectors.
Michael specializes in neuromodulators (tox), dermal fillers, and thread lifts, offering a full range of injectable services tailored to enhance natural beauty.
In addition to his aesthetic career, Michael has proudly served as a full-time ICU nurse for 28 years—a background that speaks to his commitment to patient care, safety, and attention to detail.
Francesca Ciliberto is a passionate and experienced Licensed Medical Esthetician and Laser Practitioner. With over 15 years in facial plastics and dermatology, she is dedicated to helping clients of all skin types and tones achieve naturally radiant and beautiful skin.
Certified in a variety of advanced treatments including Coolsculpting, Ultherapy, Microneedling, Hydrafacial, and the VI Peel, Francesca specializes in creating personalized treatment plans that focus on long-term skin health.
