      • Stop the caffeine: halt all caffeine intake several hours before bed. This substance can have a stimulant effect for several hours that could keep you up at night.
      • Avoid rigorous activity: stop all cardio or rigorous activity at least one hour before bed to avoid overstimulating yourself and causing you to feel more alert. Instead, choose soothing activities like reading, journaling, yoga, or meditation.
  • Change Up Your Diet

    With all of life’s hustle and bustle, it’s often hard to find time to cook three-course meals and get the nutrients you need.
